Contrast
More than black and white
As light submits to night
As much to reveal as conceal
To challenge ken of sight
Is it an angel, or is it an omen?
The dawn of a new day?
Or just the eye of a storm?
This but I know…
Contrast exists
It persists
and twists ways of thinking
Whether we resist
or assist
